Process
Upon receiving the project brief, VPar starts a collaborative dialogue to understand your vision and define the scope of work. This helps in providing an initial quote with an estimated timeline. Any additional insights or inspirations are encouraged to further refine both estimates and project outcomes.
Following our agreement, VPar eagerly looks forward to receiving a digital model of your project to begin the visualization process. A guideline document will be sent to assist you with the digital model requirements and necessary inclusions.
VPar will send you the first draft, a clayed render using a single generic material, for reviewing and confirming camera angles, lighting, and styling before adding materials, furniture, and other assets.
Once the camera position, lighting, and styling are confirmed, VPar will need the project specifications, including finishes and FF&E schedules, to advance the confirmed clayed render. A checklist of the required information will be sent to assist you with the process.
An advanced render will be sent for your review and feedback. Your input will guide the next steps toward the final render. This iterative process will continue as per our agreement, resulting in the final render.
